| DAY 3 Travel to Viñales today (about a 2-3 hour drive self drive or private transfer). The rolling hills of Viñales, Cuba’s rustic cigar region is known for its stunning karst landscapes and tobacco farms. |
| DAY 4 Take a guided tour of a tobacco farm to learn about the cigar-making process. Explore the Cueva del Indio cave system. You’ll explore the valley on horseback and on foot, learning about the art of cigar-rolling and meet the local guajiros. |
| DAY 5 Spend the day travelling east to Santa Clara today (about a 5-6 hour drive), and check-in to your accommodation. |
| DAY 6 Explore the historic center of Santa Clara and Parque Vidal. Visit the Che Guevara Mausoleum and Museum, and see the Che Guevara statue, one of the most important monuments in Cuba. Enjoy local cuisine at a paladar (privately-owned restaurant). |
| DAY 7 A second day at Petra with your guide to visit Monastery with lunch included. In the afternoon head to Wadi Rum to your camp for stargazing and dinner. |
| DAY 8 Head south to Trinidad (about a 3-4 hour drive). Explore the picturesque cobbled streets of Trinidad and Plaza Mayor, a creative, colourful and quirky city with well-preserved colonial architecture. |
| DAY 9 Visit the Museo Romántico and the Palacio Cantero. Relax on Playa Ancón, a beautiful beach nearby. |
| DAY 10 Take a day trip to Topes de Collantes National Park for hiking and nature exploration. Visit El Cubano Nature Reserve and hike to the Javira Waterfall. |
| DAY 11 Return to Havana (about a 4-5 hour drive) and enjoy your last evening in Cuba by revisiting favourite spots or discovering new ones. |
